The use of AI-generated content is strictly prohibited for all projects.

All commissioned artwork may be used in the artist's portfolio. An additional fee will apply if you wish to keep the artwork private or delay its publication until a specified date.

The standard turnaround time is approximately 30 days. Please contact us in advance if you require a faster turnaround.

Posting or sharing drafts, reference materials, or rough sketches publicly before the commission is completed is prohibited.

There is no limit on the number of revisions. However, revisions to previously approved stages may incur an additional fee once the commission has progressed to the next stage.

Once Live2D part separation has begun, revisions may be difficult or unavailable, except for corrections to errors in the separated parts.

If you require the background and character to be separated into individual layers, please let us know before the rendering stage begins.

Payment is processed via PayPal.

A 10% cancellation fee will be charged if the client cancels the commission before work begins.

Work will begin once at least 50% of the total commission fee has been paid.

The final artwork will be delivered only after the full payment has been received.

If a refund is requested after the rough sketch has been delivered, 50% of the total commission fee will be refunded.

If a refund is requested while the illustration is in progress, 30% of the total commission fee will be refunded.

No refunds will be available once the commission has been completed or Live2D part separation has begun.
